Policies and Procedures
Cancellation Policy: When you're at the Manor, there will be lots of fun and lots of laughter, but the cancellation policy is serious business. Please read it carefully. There will be no exceptions.
Albion Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is a small, unique inn with a limited number of rooms. We do not overbook like many large hotels so cancellations can affect the success of our business. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy:
- A deposit of one night will be charged for each room booked.
- You may cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation without charge.
- All cancellations after that time are subject to a $30 administration charge per room.
- If less than 14 days notice is given, one night will be charged.
- All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of your stay unless we are able to re-rent the room.
- Should you have to check out before your confirmed departure date, we will try to re-rent the room, but if we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
Many credit card companies provide trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance free or at very low rates. We strongly suggest that you obtain trip insurance to cover any unforseen changes to your travel plans.
It's a strict policy we know, but sad experience has taught us that we must protect our small business. We suggest that you contact your travel agent or credit card company regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.
Room 1
Step back into a different century in this elegantly styled classical Victorian bedroom. Curl up in our king-size bed and dream of days of yore. The king can be made into twins if you prefer.
Room 2
Enjoy an end-of-the-day glass of wine in your private sitting nook, on the patio that looks out into the Obelisk Garden that glows in the golden light of sunset and overlooks pear and apple trees.
Room 3
The outdoors is indoors in this garden room that has a private garden entrance. The camellias in the garden turn each window into a bouquet. Relax in this beautiful room that captures the bright morning light or enjoy coffee on the patio that leads out into the Obelisk Garden.
Room 4
Ahhh, romance! Room 4 is one of our "Honeymoon Suites" so named because honeymooners love it. Maybe it's the water-jetted Jacuzzi. something about lovers getting into hot water, perhaps. Or the large dressing mirror. Who knows? Maybe it's the luxurious drapery on the king-size half-canopy bed. And it can come with surprises arranged by one of you for the other.

Re-live a bit of the history of Albion Manor by enjoying the very Victorian Wisteria Room that is favoured by those who enjoy baths: it has a beautiful claw-footed tub for soakers!
Room 6
This room captures the feeling of the original home better, perhaps, than any other room in our home and it has a bed that once belonged to the Governor of Wisconsin! Relax with a glass of wine on the private terrace overlooking the Obelisk Garden.
Room 7
Light streams through the shuttered windows of the large bathroom. Swoon in the claw-foot soaker tub with separate shower, and then relax with a glass of wine on the private terrace overlooking the Obelisk Garden.
Room 8
Another favourite of honeymooners is our chandeliered former master bedroom where you can relax and enjoy wine and chocolate by the fireplace, on the private deck, in your marble Jacuzzi or in the dramatic 4 poster bed.
