Dine Around Victoria, the extended 2012 edition

If there’s any way to cure the midwinter blues, an affordable gourmet meal at one of Victoria’s premier restaurants has to be it. Dine Around Victoria offers Victoria restaurants the chance to showcase their signature dishes, and gives you the chance to taste them at an affordable price. Restaurants all over town will offer three-course menus at $20, $30, or $40 per person. Foodies and restaurant enthusiasts loved this event so much last year that they’ve decided to extend it! This year, you can enjoy the deals at Dine Around Victoria for a whole month, from February 17 to March 16.

So how do you sink your teeth into this delicious opportunity? It’s easy! Check out all Dine Around menus online, then plan where you want to go. But be warned: it’s a busy time of year for these restaurants, so reservations in advance will help ensure that you get a table at your restaurant of choice. Dine Around Victoria also hosts a special menu launch event on February 16 at Harbour Towers Hotel and Suites from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. Sample sneak previews of what the chefs have prepared with VQA wine tastings for only $35. Tickets are available at the Tourism Victoria Visitor Centre, or at many VQA wine vendors.
