Vancouver Island's sub-Mediterranean climate is a boon to growers and restaurateurs who are among the world's leaders in organics. Tasting local, seasonal food in Victoria is easy: the key is knowing where to start. Breakfast and dinner are all looked after for you in this mouth-watering package.

You'll start the day with breakfast at your Inn, specially prepared, fresh ingredients served with style and imagination. The perfect way to start the day.

Fish and Chips on the wharf at Red Fish Blue Fish For lunch go forth on your own adventure. Don't worry - your innkeepers will provide insider tips on where to pick up the best fish tacone, the richest chocolate truffles or the most fabulous bread and chacouterie so you can have your own romantic picnic. What better way to work up an appetite and explore the city's unique and varied history.

For dinner, Victoria's Historic Inns has partnered with 5 of Victoria's culinary masters, Bon Rouge, Cafe Brio, Camille's, Paprika and Pescatores to give you a memorable epicurean escape that will satisfy all of your cravings. And then you'll take home a basket of culinary gifts to prolong the ecstasy.
